The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5... read more is because I called an emailed multiple times to make sure i knew how much i would be paying and I was consistently told it would be between 160 and 180 and even at the beginning of my appointment after discussing what we would be doing with my hair, I was told it would be somewhere between 160 and 180. I brought money according to what I had been quoted so I could tip 20 percent and I only brought 220 with me to the salon. However at the end of my appointment, I was told that my total was 205. I gave a 15 dollar tip because that is all I could do. I felt like it was a stingy tip, but I had no choice. I just think that when I confirmed what the price was going to be at least 4 times, it should have been what I was quoted and if during the process of doing my hair she realized it would be more, then I should have been informed of that. I did not want to make a fuss about it so I said nothing while checking out, and again Hope did do an amazing job with my hair.
